01 About these terms

These terms apply to the use of https://kinanarunika.navibiz.id and to Kinan Arunika's interior design services. By sending a brief or placing an order, you accept them.

02 Information on the website

Fee ranges and timelines are general information. The fees and scope that bind us are those in the proposal and the agreement we sign together.

Answers from the AI assistant are generated automatically and may be wrong; please confirm anything important with me directly.

03 Payment

Work begins once the agreement is signed and a 50% deposit is received. The balance is paid before the final drawings are handed over. Out-of-town survey costs, printing of working drawings, and official permits are borne by the client.

04 Revisions

Each design stage includes two rounds of revisions. Extra rounds, a change of concept after approval, or added floor area count as additional work at the rate in the agreement.

05 Copyright

Copyright in the designs and drawings remains with Kinan Arunika. After full payment the client may build the design once at the agreed site; use at another site needs written permission. Photos and descriptions of the project may appear in the portfolio unless the client asks otherwise in writing.

06 Cancellation

The client may cancel with written notice. Stages already worked on are still paid for and the deposit is not refunded; stages not yet begun are not charged.

07 Limits of responsibility

For design-only scope, construction is the responsibility of the contractor the client appoints. My liability is limited to the design fee in the agreement.

08 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are settled amicably first and, failing that, before the Yogyakarta District Court.
